With over 30 years of experience in the dental field and a background in dental hygiene, Misty is passionate about helping patients live healthier lives through education and treatment/therapy. She is the only therapist in East Texas certified by the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM). She evaluates and treats orofacial dysfunctions such as thumb-sucking, nail-biting, tongue thrust, and open mouth postures - just to name a few. Misty enjoys staying current on the latest continuing education and strives to give each patient excellent care.

East Texas Orofacial Myology opened in 2009 and is located in Tyler, TX. Hours are by appointment only but are flexible, allowing for the accommodation of busy schedules.
